Anthropomorphic Bicycles, '10
Each of these two weathervane sculptures works as a visual marker for Mitchell Park neighborhood . OON ONLY is an anthropomorphic bicycle carrying two children through the neighborhood . The second marker, LA VIEVE 2, depicts the ellusive neighborhood fox, rumored to live somewhere on the edge of the neighborhood. Both pieces were fabricated using recycled light poles and street signs from the Tempe transportation department's boneyard. A Tempe Municipal Arts Commission grant funded this project.
