A Public Art project for the City of Reno, Signs and Ciphers uses figures, symbols and graphic patterns to touch on the themes of growth and change. The 40 unique artworks create a drive-thru gallery of Nelson illustrations on Virginia Street in Midtown, Reno, NV.
