Tree of Life, '25


Tree of Life, painted steel and aluminum, celebrates the wildlife, water, and interconnected life of Cortez Park. Sixteen sculptural panels depict an imagined cast of geese, a turtle, a trout, and a bicycle-riding sunfish. Set along the lake and Grand Canal, the work creates a walk-by gallery of park life, connected by the essential element of water.
